RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind about something you’ve bought, we will gladly accept your return on the conditions listed below.

If you wish to lodge a return, please let us know by email jaz@corclothes.com within 7 days of receiving your Cor online store order.

RETURNS POLICY

• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.

• We do not offer refunds for Pre-Orders. 
• All items must be returned with proof of purchase from the Cor online store. 
• All items must be returned to Cor within 14 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe. 
• Cor cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by Cor, it is your responsibility.
• All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
• We are unable to refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. 
• The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable. 

EXCHANGES

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available a credit note (valid for 3 months) or refund (through your original payment method).

SALE ITEMS, PROMO CODE OFFERS AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

We will happily offer you the option to exchange items that do not fit correctly and swap them for the right size if available or an online credit note of equal value to the price of the returned item (valid for 3 months). 
No refunds on sale or discounted items or purchases made with a sale promo code.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 working days for exchanges/refunds/credit notes to be processed. We will endeavour to keep you updated on the status of your return which is usually issued on the day we receive your parcel.
